"The staff were great! The place looks like they try to keep it clean but the age makes it look a bit rough, updates needed. The movie screen had a small hole in it and it was distracting at times."
"Staff was friendly, prices are up there as expected. I recently went to this theater to see The Eras Tour movie and to be honest I wish I had gone elsewhere. The seats are horrible and the screen is way too dark and dim. Ended up going another time at a different amc location and it was so much brighter and vivid. I’m unsure why sterling hasn’t upgraded like other locations. It definitely would make things more with the prices they charge for snacks and drinks."
"Theater was pretty nice. The neon signs and flooring give the theater a 1980's feeling. Theater could've been a bit more clean though and there are definitely spots where you can tell it hasn't been updated in a while. Overall, its a pretty nice theater."
"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! The popcorn was okay. The butter was not so good. The candy was expensive. The seats were uncomfortable. I'm used to going to Sandwich or Peru and they have the fancy lounging seats. Unsure why Sterling hasn't upgraded yet. I DO like the pop machines and the free refills! Makes it easy. At one point they burnt some popcorn and the place was smokey and smelled, but they seemed to take care of it pretty quickly. It happens! Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked w TP, soap and paper towels. Can't beat the matinee prices!"
