"I rented a box for 12 months for mail drop and I am not currently in the States so I get a notice that even though my rental box is not due for some time they are going to send my stuff back. Some of the mail is very important but they don't seem to care not only that but the girl that worked there was pretty snobby and the guy acts like he is an arrogant truck appointee. Had I known then what I know now I would not have spent well over $100 for a nosy man to not want to hold my stuff according to the contract Don't do business with this person. But probably if you're a minority or a female he won't let you do business with him anyway cuz he's that kind of guy. Boo to you sir for taking somebody's money for a 12-month mail box and then sending stuff back while the mailbox is still open."

"I needed to ship a birthday present did have a box. So I went to Pak Mail and the owner took care of the problem. He was very friendly and was able to get the job done. Will use him any time I need to ship any thing. He has all the supplies need for shipping and the cost is very reasonable."
"I have been there several time. Sometimes he is kinda short with the customers. Just his personality. But everything I have sent through his company was very expensive and sentimental. He knows what he is doing and everything gets there and nothing has ever been damaged. He's the best as what he does here in Midland. Will continue to use him."
