"Second time my family has had terrible service . First time I ordered 12 pack and cigarettes. Meant to order 6 pack. Dark haired heavy set gal sighs and rolls her eyes. I said was it that hard to change my order and she said yes I had to walk clear to the back of the store. I told her she was rude. This was early October 2017 haven't been back. Was good customer went about once a week to every other.I was told to call manager in Marion. I did however said clerks attitude has not changed as my elderly parents went thru drive thru and asked for 2 quick picks. Dad was told couldn't do one of them. Dad asked why and was told machine was old. My dad said something like bunch of bull and she closed the window and she never came back. So my parents left without a purchase. There are plenty of other places to make our purchases with friendly staff that appreciate our business."
