"Only experience I have had is with Karina. My 1st experience I asked her to match my natural color which she did not do. I decided to give her a 2nd shot which I wanted a hair cut. I showed her 3 pictures to cross reference and she did not even take into account of what I wanted and all she did was chop off my length and my curtain bangs bahaha what a freaking joke! I could of done better with home kitchen sissors myself!! Lets just say I will not be back and I warn anyone to avoid Karina she talks a big talk about her talent but it does NOT show in her work! I will maybe give a 3rd shot with the shop but will never let her touch my hair again and neither should you."
