"Very disappointed. I’m editing my review. I’m going to make it short and sweet. I pre-paid for services and confirmed on three separate occasions that the price of the services was correct and there would be no up charges or hidden charges after the fact. That was confirmed. I’ve been in sales all of my life, I recently left for a consulting job so now I train salespeople across the country so believe m, I know the art of the upsell. I teach it. I love the art of the upsell. I think any business worth its salt should try to upsell customers. Upselling is selling the customer additional products or services beyond what they originally purchased. Getting to that “yes “ is an art. It takes salesmanship. Adding additional products or services to the bill without permission or without selling them and getting authorization from the customer is NOT an upsell. That’s just a bait and switch."
