"Save yourself the stress of a bad haircut and having to leave a bad review. I'm not sure whether being poked, and scratched over and over, having my haircut not look how I described, or being forced to tip was the worst part of my experience here, but overall the customer service was terrible and I do not recommend going here."

"Advertises as a place to take your kids? Not really kid friendly. I waited 15 min with both of my children for my son to get a haircut. Already had seen 3 people walk out, probably because they are short staffed. As soon as it was his turn the woman asked if he's able to sit on his own. Mind you this is his first haircut, I have no idea how this experience will be for him. So I suggest he starts off sitting on his own. He didn't want to get in the chair. Now I'm a daycare teacher so I know how children can be in a new environment. Instead of having patience with me and my child the women told us to leave. So no, if you are a parent trying to get their kid a haircut. I suggest going local. No way will these people have patience for you and your children."
