"Horrible experience. Appointment at 10:20am. Didn't get called in until AFTER 11AM. Had to wait in a room forever, finally got seen, left well after 12 noon. No explanation as to why, or "Sorry we're running behind." Didn't see Dr. Kelly NOR Dr. Geldernick. Totally UNsatisfied. Everyone that signed in AFTER me got called in BEFORE me."

"I saw all the reviews but decided to give this doctor a shot. I saw dr Geldernick at 8 weeks pregnant and it was a normal appointment but all they really did was get medical history and check if I was pregnant. I loved the doctor and left feeling like this would be my doctor. However, at my 12 week appointment I dealt with Kelly the nurse practitioner who I was not a fan of. Apparently at this office they don’t like to give ultrasounds. I went into the appointment and I asked when the next ultrasound would be and they told me 18-20 weeks. So for 3 months all they would do is use the Doppler to make sure there was a heartbeat but that was all. Kelly also never even looked at my chart so was asking me to reiterate everything that was in there already. Overall after that appointment I just felt very unhappy with their standard of care and started looking elsewhere. Editing to add that I did leave and I am far happier where I am now. However, since I left this doctor I have been receiving bill after bill for things that should be covered by insurance. Honestly, overall this place is beyond unsatisfactory just find a better doctors office."

"Very frustrated with this office. I enjoyed my appointments with Dr. Geldernick when I actually got to see her which was 50/50. She is straight to the point, so if you are looking for someone with sensitivity in their bedside manner, she is not for you. I personally appreciated the abruptness. Not as huge of a fan as the Nurse Practitioner. After scheduling my appointment a year ago for my annual, they had to close the entire office due to covid, which I found a bit extreme. Once they were back in office, they were unable to see we for two more months. I am fairly sensitive to having your team sick, but to reschedule be two months after my initial appointment is very unprofessional. They need to find a way to take care of those that were inconvenienced. I will be finding a new doctor."

"I was going to Dr. Geldernick's practice for a couple of years and then I got pregent and MANY women strongly suggested I consider going to another doctor. During the years I did go to Dr. Geldernick's practice I only really saw the nurse practitioner, Kelly. I absolutely LOVE Kelly and think the world of her. She is caring, listens, is responsive, and gave me her personal number (at the beginning of my pregnancy I was having complications) in case anything happened. I wish Kelly would work somewhere better. The wait at the office was always long and once I did start seeing Geldernick I quickly realized why so many people suggested to find a different doctor. She is very quick, rushed, didn't really listen to my questions/concerns, I always felt like she would jump the gun on diagnosis/not be thorough is her investigation or thoughtful in her decisions of what was wrong, quick to suggest/push onto me the "easy" route of prescriptions or very radical solutions, and didn't cover all her basis. For example I was considered a high risk pregnancy because I was born with a hereditary heart defeat. Unlike my current doctor, she never sent me to or suggested I go to a specialist. When she is in a chaotic situation she feels frantic, not in control/un-composed, and kind of like a chicken with their head cut off. I heard that she was not allowed to deliver at Resolute for a while but has since been allowed to."
