"Dr. Reyes needs to work on his bedside manner. He's very pushy and rude."
"I recently visited this clinic for birth control advice. However, during my visit, I felt dismissed when I asked about birth control options given my medical history. The physician simply handed me a brochure, stating that "all medications have side effects, so it doesn't matter which one you choose." This lack of detailed explanation left me feeling rushed, and I ended up selecting the patch without understanding its higher estrogen content (65% higher than oral contraceptives). Unfortunately, the patch worsened my fibroids and breast lumps, and I experienced a prolonged period of bleeding (30+ days now). When I tried to contact the clinic for guidance, my calls went unanswered, and I received no return call. I believe in open communication with patients. While I understand busy days, I hope this feedback leads to better patient care and communication in the future. My visit to this clinic was disappointing, and I hope this review helps improve the patient experience."
"I DO NOT recommend Dr Reyes! He never showed like he cared never saw the man smile he laughed one time when I brought something up like I was suppose to know that was normal! (First pregnancy) he is rude and i would NEVER return to his office or even recommend him to a friend or family!"

She was so genuine and kind, made no judgments, was very thorough and thoughtful. I am proud to say that I have been a patient for more than 25 years and even though the name has changed along with some of the staff, the outstanding service and compassion for patients well-being remains at a high level. I would recommend Women's Health Texas to any female looking for a top notch OB/Gyn office. THANK YOU!"
