"We like this place and come back frequently. But if you get to charge my 11 month old baby 10$ for “toddler play area” you gotta step up a little"
"Terribly neglected and filthy- where to start. Places is FILTHY. Dust, dirt, garbage in corners. Exposed switches, outlets, extension cords. Bathrooms are never fully stocked and dirty. My favorite is the long rope that kids use to swing into the discolored and torn apart foam pit. It is so old that it has changed to black-and they are so cheap, instead of replacing it, they duck taped it. Place is run by teenagers-they even said they never clean or care. Go to another jump park-this place is gross."
"Very happy with my experience here! I had my kids birthday party here. There was a misunderstanding on the prices but they were very quick and efficient to fix the issue. Very kind and helpful staff. Especially Anna Marie! She helped resolve the issue. Very empathic and kind. Honestly very nice to have a party here. Kids had so much fun. Came home tired and ready for bed."
