"I had a very positive experience here. When I called the front desk my calls were answered. They even tripled check with me about my appointment. The front desk staff was friendly. The nurses were nice. And Dr. Hatem was very kind and informative. I was comfortable with him. And I learned information. Over all i will return next time I need something."

"Very disappointed with this office. I had an appointment in December gave all my information. I was seen given an exam and bloodwork was given a follow up appointment for January. I go for my follow up. When I show up for the follow up I am told they have never accepted my Insurance. I was like what do you mean? I was already seen for a visit and was given a follow-up. I decided I wasn't going to win and I decided to pay out of pocket. Then they come over to me and say The doctor will call me with my results so I don't have to pay. I have waited 2 weeks Nd no response. No phone c i call again Nd give my arguments again over the phone that all i want is my result s. I was told ibwould be getting a call back. And of coursse its been another week and no phone call. So over it with them. all."

"My General doctor sent me a referral a month ago and no one ever called me. Finally decided to give them a call, surprised someone answered but they immediately put me on hold and after 15 minutes of holding the phone hung up. Tried calling back and just went straight to hold and then after like 5 minutes got a machine saying no one was available to answer and that I can't leave a message. I've had terrible experiences with ACACIA OBGYN in the past when one of their doctors completely disregarded the fact that I was MISCARRYING right in front of them. No help, no advise, NOTHING. Completely had to figure out what to do on my own. Thought maybe since my doctor was referring me that it might be better this time around but nope. Tried calling every location and just get the same stupid hold music just to be hung up on. Highly suggest anyone looking for care look elsewhere because this place is absolutely terrible."

"Had set up an appointment online. Got a call from staff to give the office a call. I have been trying for two days and no one ever answers the call. I cant even cancel my appointment because they don't answer. Reading the reviews I decided not even to waste my time going."

"We waited an hour in the waiting room then another hour in the Exam room for a basic yearly exam. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. There is no way to speak to someone after your appointment. Our doctor Jessica Guerrero was great and bilingual, but you better take your own notes. I was expecting them to give us something written listing each step of fertility testing process, but it wasnt. The online portal is OK, but it is the only way to get in contact with anyone. We called Aspire, the place we were sent for some tests, and their info was conflicting with what the doctor said as far as what part of the cycle we needed a test done, and I cant get anyone on the phone to double check. With the amount of money we pay for health insurance this is pretty terrible. On the plus side, their schedule is pretty open, but plan on a visit taking 4 hours. If you have to take off work, maybe plan for the afternoon. Again, nothing wrong with the quality of care, but for how much we have to pay for this system to work we should be getting better service from doctors."
