"really great place for a teenager's birthday party. The staff is excellent at working with 16 year olds to get through safety training and great racing. Overall, great fun. Food is, well, it's not great, but 16 yo kids don't care. For adults, there is a full bar with a number of screens to watch sports. Nice to hang withthe parents and watch the racing from the second floor bar. Definitely recommed this event and this location."

"The guys on the track are awesome. Been twice and we love them. However there is a woman at the front with an accent that is so rude that she will make you turn away…that’s if you didn’t drive 1.5 hours to get there. Thankfully another woman with dark black hair that stepped in during check out and was so professional and courteous. We will return."

"I wanted to praise one of your employees, Adolfo, from the Buffalo Grove location. My son and I were there on Sunday, December 10th, in the afternoon. My 10 year old son was all excited to experience his first race but once we got to the track and put our helmets on, he panicked! It was very overwhelming and scary for him so we decided to back out. Upon asking for a refund for the race, Adolfo offered a wonderful alternative. He asked if my son would like to try again, with just our small group of 4, at a lower speed? I thought it was incredibly kind and thoughtful and it made my son feel comfortable and offered him a better first-time experience. Not many employees go above and beyond in the customer service aspect these days but Adolfo did and we were very grateful for his thinking outside of the box. My son was very excited and proud to give it another chance! Thank you so much, Adolfo!"

"The highlight, of course, was the indoor go-kart track. The karts were fast and well-maintained, providing an exhilarating experience for racing enthusiasts of all ages. The track layout was well-designed, offering challenging turns and straightaways that got the adrenaline pumping. Upstairs, there's an arcade, providing a welcome break from the go-kart action. It was a great way to unwind and have some fun between races, especially for those not behind the wheel. And let's not forget the bar. The presence of a bar added a new dimension to the experience. After a thrilling race, you could head over for a refreshing drink. The bar will hold your card if you chose to leave your tab open."
