"Just had my appointment canceled because I have allergies. I waited two weeks, just to be sent away by the front desk and a lady that sounded just like me. I get Covid has changed our lives but if you live in this part of Texas allergies happen! First impression is that this office is uncaring and does not understand the area they serve. I will be finding a new office as I can’t be stuck with them when I will have allergies for the next 4 months. I guess you need to call them the day before your appointment to see If you sound ok!"

"I haven't came to this office since my daughter was born. Things are so messed up without Dr. Wall and Dr. Quezada. Next rime your nurse practitioner wants to speak ill of her patient maybe she should wait and make sure that the patient left first. Speaking super loud everyone heard about you felt about me including me. No worries heres your review i will never come back."

"We decided to drop the office due to the incompetency of the front office staff, very rude and dismissive..... had to pay for procedures when they weren’t needed. So we decided to change, unfortunately in the middle of the doctor switch my wife has major back pain with contractions... wakes me up in the middle Of the night throwing up at 3AM.. @22 weeks WE rush to the ER! She stabilized & were told the doctor will be by to see her @7 , then 8 comes.. she gives orders to the nurse (on the phone) but no sight of her... 10,11,12... 1,2 pm were discharged after everything has been diagnosed but DR. AHN was too important to see a patient after spending nearly 12 hours in the ER. Mere lack of professionalism and etiquette, might be an MD but treating a patient through the phone in the same building is mere BS! Never AGAIN!"

"Started going to this location 10 months ago when my husband and I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child, and I absolutely love Dr. Ahn. She was very sweet and always went above and beyond. She just delivered my son and it was an amazing labor. No complaints at all. The office was also very quick. I think I waited 30 minutes ONCE, and that’s because it was super packed. Other than that my appointments were always at 3:30 or 3:45, & I was always in and out. I would recommend this office!"

"I have had a great experience with Dr Perez!!! He has been so kind and patient with me, very accommodating. He isn't the most talkative but tells you everything you need to know and always answers my multitude of questions. He is so kind and caring, I have never had a doctor treat me this way. And had a little surgery and my incisions healed beautifully. As for the front office staff, well they're not the most welcoming but when you get past "her" you'll be fine. And the MAs are really sweet too! Although I encountered one ultrasound tech at the westover location that may have been having a bad day other than that Dr Perez might be my all time fav Dr, so it's all worth it."
