Chad Simmons, MD - OB/GYN

"Such a waste of time. I will NEVER EVER be back. Got my yearly well woman's exam, and discussed that I would like to switch birth control methods. I expressed the issues I was having with my IUD. Dr. Simmons then prescribed me some medicine that did NOT help with the IUD side effects so I scheduled another appointment to have it removed. After arriving to the second appointment, I was told that I needed to have a sonogram done. I let them know I wanted the IUD removed but if I needed a sono in order to have that done, that was fine. I was then told even with the sonogram there is no guarantee they could remove the IUD. PLEASE TELL ME how the heck does that make any sense?! I would never ever go back. The doctor is friendly but his staff could be more professional. Also, this place seems like they are more concerned about money than the actual well being of women. I HATE that my gynecologist retired, but I will be going back to her practice to see another doctor because my experience here was ridiculous."

"The Dr was in the room for 2 min and I stopped him from rushing out to ask my questions. He made me so uncomfortable. Dr didn’t listen nor care about my postpartum depression/ anxiety. Office does not do IUD. But they were going to make me go through 2 pointless appointments before they told me."

"I would not recommend. I started coming to this office a few years back because of the hours. Never had an A+ experience just worked with my scheduled. After being a loyal patient for years I came in to review my results and forgot my wallet on accident (never done this before). They told me I could not be seen despite seeing something that caused for me to have a follow up visit. If you prioritize your health I would not recommend. This place is a money grab. This was my last straw as the time before this one I waited over an hour to see the doctor and he came in did my pap in 2 minutes flat. Did not address my concern, made a Christmas joke and walked out. 0/10"

"As a black woman I wouldn’t wish this clinic on anybody I went in with my blood pressure being high. Dr. Simmons expressed I could die and etc and told me to go home in chart my pressure after knowing it’s been high for three months.. he then did my Pap smear and walked out after 1 sec not saying anything.. after he left I had questions and plenty of concerns and his nurse and also the lady at front desk told me she can take a message and when I told her she told me to also go home in monitor my pressure. My pressure was high at the visit feet swollen no medicine prescribed when I called to complain the nurse Jennifer laughed along with Pam the nurse that helps in office.. and doctor Simmons got on the phone and immediately said he felt attacked after telling me I could die and not helping me sending me home to nothing DONT GO HERE he scheduled me a ultrasound for blood pressure problems"

"Dr. Chad Simmons is a great Dr. he sincerely shows compassion to his patients, and he knows his job. It's rare to find a Dr. these days that really truly cares about his patients. I love being his patient, he's a great Dr. he has really helped me with my issues great bedside manners. I can't thank him enough. His staff is great too. Will refer him in a heartbeat. 5 stars"
