"My time at Willow women’s health was a nightmare – the staff was uninformative, showing little concern for patients, especially first-time moms. The office seemed more focused on unnecessary visits for prenatal care, causing frustration and coding discrepancies that required me to involve my insurance company. Surprisingly, the hospital provided better care, offering more crucial health information than the doctor's office. Despite advocating for my needs, the office delivered the "great news" of releasing me as a patient. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone expecting compassionate care."

"After experiencing three miscarriages, I was finally pregnant again, and things were starting to look good. Until I went back to see Dr. Mapps, knowing I was high risk. I was not treated as such. I bled for two months, went to the hospital over 10 times and each time Dr. Mapps told me if I was not bleeding like a period there’s no reason to be concerned. I told her the ER doctor said I was having a threatened miscarriage. She told me to not believe them, because they are not Ob’s and they don’t know what they’re talking about. I kept bleeding and bleeding until finally the bleeding got worse. The last time I went to the hospital I was told my baby had no heartbeat. I do not recommend this doctor."

"I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff at Willow Women’s Health! As a healthcare worker myself, I have extremely high expectations for my own care. Dr. Shruti Benjamin & her team (from her NP, to aides, to the girls at the front desk; everyone!) exceeded everything I could have hoped for during my pregnancy journey. They were not only skilled & knowledgeable, but caring & compassionate as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!"

"Posting this one star review to warn people about booking on Zocdoc for this practice. It will show appointments, but in reality the practice does not have availability and will attempt to offer you dates in the future after telling you that appointment confirmation must go through the provider. It seems that even after several hours the provider is not available to provide appointment confirmation or denial. I have never written a negative review, but when you take off of work for an appointment and are then told they don’t offer same day appointments an hour before the scheduled appointment (contrary to what the practice has decided to list on zocdoc) it is both frustrating and something you would like to help others avoid. I should have never been able to book, or at the very least during my initial call I should have been told it is not possible to have a same day appointment to allow time to reach out to other clinics. The ladies who I spoke with when calling the office line were very kind when telling me no on my second call an hour before my appointment time. They informed me the reason for saying no was due to existing patients and the providers being extremely busy to the point they were unable to ask the question “can you see this patient at 2:30 today because Zocdoc showed available and allowed her to book the appointments”. So, it was out of their hands as the providers were unavailable to ask for confirmation. My view is availability on any booking site should only be listed when a provider is available."

"Dr. Mapps is AMAZING! She has a great bedside manner and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She is the first OBGYN who was gentle and did not hurt me. Her nurse Erica is amazing too. She always takes action on anything you send her a message regarding. She may not reply back each time but she makes sure that your refills or paperwork is handled expeditiously. They treat you like family….. my only complaint is with the front desk, they are not always accommodating and do not give you that warm and fuzzy feeling; however if you want a top tier physician and nurse, Dr. Mapps and team are the real deal"
