"She cut the blood supply to my ureter during my hysterectomy and I spent a year at UTSW having surgeries and procedures to try to save my kidney. Unfortunately I lost my kidney due to my ureter being dead. Mistakes can happen but her attitude afterwards is why she is getting a one star."

"She is very nice but I do not like the lack of communication after I had my child I was told so meany different thing when to go back to the dr and I will get a phone call. never got a call tell I called them. I wanted my tubes to be tied but they never gave me any instructions to prepare for the surgery or how it going to be done . So when I got to the hospital and they said I could not have it done caous I was not prepared. I was very upset I tried to called the office and never could get in touch with the right person so I can let my work know when I can get go back to work since I cannot get my tubes tied . I have been out of work for almost 2 month with no pay. Trying to figure out when I can go back to work.I finally got my answer saying I could go back to work and apparently they rescheduled my tube tied with out let me know anything again. I'm highly upset with the lack of communication."
