"Dr laura bradley. Is good doctor but her staff is pathetic they are very rude. They will make you sit for an hour to wait for doctor they don't inform you earlier if she is running late. If you have any questions staff is not ready to answer they will scream on you and will make you feel stupid for asking such a questions"

"Although Dr.Bradley is an excellent doctor, very patient and knowledgeable and shows genuine care for her patients, her phone line is always messed up. This has been happening for a long time. It always says to call back during business hours, which are 8-5pm M-T and until 12pm on Fridays, but message always says office is closed, even during these times which is frustrating. You have to reach an operator to request a call back. They always do but if you are unable to answer the call when they do, then you have to do the whole process again."
