Kids Town 2 - Stratford Square Mall

"The place itself is not bad. A little tiny, but perfect for toddlers. The older man at the check out desk was nice and I saw him cleaning toys during the 2 hrs that we were there. The main reasons I took 2 stars off and probably won't be back here personally, is due to location and the other customers. First, the location, being inside what is basically an abandoned mall. I saw a homeless person right as I walked in with my toddler. I didn't feel very comfortable wandering around the mall alone with my kid. At one point, my friend went to the food court to see if there was anything open (there isn't) and he encountered another homeless person there. Just a weird and creepy environment to be bringing your kids to. There's also nothing stopping the homeless people from venturing into this place. The second reason I docked a star was the quality of the other customers here. There were a few other families while we were there. Some of the adults didn't seem to realize they're in a childrens play place. Walking fast , not paying attention to the little ones crawling , I had to move my little one out of their way a couple times. Just plain rude. Also, adults are allowed to wear shoes which I find gross - little kids are crawling all around the same carpet that adults are wearing shoes on. And while we were there, a 4-5 yr old kid clearly pooped their pants and the parents are just sitting there, not doing anything about it. This is a 5 yr old kid with actual poop in their pants. You could smell it within 10 ft of the poor kid and yet the parents are just oblivious. This kid is running around and playing on all the same toys that the other kids are. Obviously not the fault of the kid, or the business owner, but it just solidified my decision to not return here."

"We have come here a few times. My kids love it here. It is small so from any seat I can see them. And there is enough variety of stuff to do and play with that we easily spend 2 hrs here. The price is pretty good as well considering how long we spend there. And it never really feels super crowded. The workers are friendly and genuinely want the kids to have a great time there."

"This place is so much fun! My kids love it here. We spent 3 hours there today and we have no complaints. I highly suggest this place for parents with toddlers who need to burn some energy. Especially on rainy or cold days. I’d also like to mention how sweet Zoya is. She made sure we were happy, and anytime the kids would cry she was on alert asking if they were okay or needed something. She even did a small bubble party for the kids! 10/10 ✨⭐️"

"Amazing place to give your kids some really fun time, specially in winter. We also rented their space to celebrate our kid birthday party! Really nice space, enough room to celebrate with family and friends. There’s pizza and drinks included in some packages! We really love it. Also there’s a reward program so you can get a free day. 100 recommended! Also there’s a space for parents to take some rest while you watch your kids. The team is also very amazing and excellent customer service."
