"Save your time and go elsewhere. I was told the first available for new patient is December 2023, however, they said this time is reduced significantly with an urgent referral. My Doctor then sent our an urgent referral and I waited almost 3 weeks for them to call me and schedule an appointment (after multiple calls and stating it takes 72 hours to schedule an apt upon receipt of urgent referral), only to tell me the next available is December 2023 even with an urgent referral. They obviously don't care about patients and you could die before anyone will help you."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Pepperell's for 10+ years. She worked with me throughout my high-risk twin pregnancy and after leaving Frisco OB/GYN, I've now followed her to her new practice here at UT Southwestern. She has girl-next-door charm and a sweet bedside manner, but will give you straight answers and is tough if she needs to be. She also spends quality time with you during the appointment, making sure your questions are answered and everything is explained in detail, never making it feel rushed. The new office is very clean and modern and the nurses are all friendly and welcoming. Thankfully, I've been in good health (except for a few issues during pregnancy), so I've never been anxious or worried about visiting her office. It's a calm atmosphere and I always love seeing her!"
