"I had the worst experience here but luckily only came in to have regular yearly testing and discuss family planning. I would not recommend this place for your pregnancy. The nurses are short and borderline rude. It's impossible to get anyone to answer any phone option other than appointment and no one ever calls back. The doctor made me feel like I was crazy that I wanted to do carrier genetic testing, but ordered it. They send your blood to another company for this. The office never called me that my results were available and did not upload those results until more than a month after they received it. Luckily the genetic testing company text messaged me a bill so I was able to figure out where my blood went and got my results directly from them. I came back positive for something my husband needed to be tested for. He went to their Lewisville location to have blood drawn and they lost his blood (still dont have an explanation of this) and he had to go back again to give blood. We patiently waited even longer for the results and turned out they sent his blood to a different testing company and didn't even have the ONE thing we needed tested for tested. When I called about this, I got a complete run around that they didn't lose his blood it just went to another company because they weren't actually listening to the issues they've caused. They said he'd have to come back a third time to have them take blood again to have them send it for testing again. They did however take care of paying for the test we didn't need and said they'll work better through the rest of my pregnancy- I'm not pregnant. We opted to work with the first company directly. The doctor received those results last Friday and yet again we had to contact the company directly to get our results, they still haven't called."

"Really love this place and Dr. Goldman! She took great care of me throughout my pregnancy, and her personality and sense of humor put me at ease. I do wish they'd leave their phone lines open during lunchtime at least for messages since that's sometimes the only time people can call. Same thing for the evenings - I wish they'd leave their lines open until 5:30 which is when they actually close, instead of cutting it off at 5. It just makes communication harder when the phone lines aren't open as much as they could be, but overall I have really enjoyed my experience here."
