"Ordered a medium Sweet Fire Chicken, for $9 and there were literally 4 small pieces of chicken and 75% Pineapple, Onions, etc. Unacceptable. Very disappointing."

"Worst online order experience I have ever had in my life. If your NOT equipped to do online orders then DO NOT offer online ordering. I ordered. Came in when it was “supposed” to be ready. Came to get it and go. NOPE. NOT even ready. They didn’t even know I had made an order. I had to wait in line like everybody else for an order that was supposed to have been made 10 mins prior. Just unacceptable. I WILL NOT be coming back to this Panda Express ever again. And to make things even worse. The food was salty. Vegetables were NOT cooked properly. It’s like they jus cooked the meat & said the H.E.L.L. with everything else. Y’all need to do better this was ridiculous."
"Frustrated because I placed an online order for pickup, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to cook the food. Also overheard the employee say to another "I usually like to make online orders when no one is here." Usually I am not picky about customer service, but this was a little outrageous. EDIT: I found some sort of pink powder within the noodles, like makeup (because its shimmery)."
