"I was a patient of Dr. Cope in ‘22 when I had my son. I left every appointment crying the last several weeks of pregnancy because of how she would talk to me. When I went into labor I was LUCKY enough to have Dr Grover deliver me. I was stressing about having to deal with Dr Cope and was SO glad she wasn’t on call that weekend. Had a GREAT experience with Dr Grover. So naturally when I became pregnant again I called to make an appointment with Dr Grover and was told NO! Because of some office “policy”. You can’t switch doctors?? How ridiculous! Dr Cope was very Unwelcoming and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and don’t start an appointment with her or you will be STUCK with her UNFORTUNATELY. I had to find a completely new doctor in a different clinic. It’s truly sad the patients can’t pick the doctor they want to take care of them. Having a baby is HUGE and wanting a doctor that has empathy and takes the time to listen is all I wanted and Dr. Cope was NOT it."

"I'm prompt to leave a review, I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Arditti. She is booked until January according to the reception or appointments staff. I was told last week to call to try to get a cancelation, today I called and I'm not sure if I was helped the way it should been. after asking if there was a cancelation I can take or if another of the BGYNs had one, I was told immediately, there was none until January, I don't even think the person on the phone checked to be honest. I'm planning on calling to keep trying to get one. I need to get seen, tomorrow I will ask my Gastro Specialist to please help me with this. if someone is reading is and works in the office, could you please help me get an appointment before January? it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!"

"Dr Arditti is the most amazing PCP! She is so kind, always greets me with a smile, and listens to any concern I have without being judge-y. We had recently moved to the area and needed to find new doctors, which can be so so hard. She was the second one I went to and I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. Highly, highly recommend her and the whole practice."

"Yesterday I had my first ultrasound appointment for my baby and it was so quick I sat down after checking in and I didn’t even sit down for a full minute before they called my name. I went in and I’d have to say it was probably about 15 minutes that I was there. The only thing I was upset about is that I only got 1 ultrasound picture for my baby, everyone else I’ve ever seen has always gotten at least 3."

"I was just there to see Dr. Arditti. It was the worst appointment of my life and I left sobbing. I was having a panic attack due to stress and my blood pressure was a bit high. I told her I was fine and it would go down once I was calm. At the time I was more concerned on finally getting some answers but she refused to listen and kept cutting me off. She was highly concerned which was fine but then her concern turned to complete dismissal and she practically threw me out of her office. For 4 years I've been dealing with hormonal issues and had been excited for this appointment for a month. Instead she refused to listen to my concerns or even do an exam. Told me she would not touch me until my anxiety got under control. Said I could not come back until other health issues were solved instead of fixing the ones I was there for. Even told me I shouldn't have a baby. My husband and I were so angry and hurt. The nurse Brenda was very understanding and felt bad but there was nothing she could do. I will not be returning if the doctors are so dismissive of their patients and refuse to listen. I've waited 4 years for answers and today all I got was hurt."
