"had nothing. no drinks no chips no sour cream no salsa. place was dirty. from the food area to where the fountain drinks are.. straws and containers cups and caps all over. wrongfully charging. ive been to chipotle a million times never payed 55$ for 1 burrito and 2 bowls..its a bunch of CHILDREN working. worst chipotle. no organization. all over the place."
"Three not so good experiences. Will not return. Employee forgot to put an item in my bag, didn't notice until I got home. Employee speaking bad about other employees and how she runs her shifts better. Portions are scarce, even the rice which is the most inexpensive food. Those are my 3 strikes, something unpleasant everytime I visit."

"Me and my wife ordered through the app on November 26, as we were enjoying our food, we found a metal nut in one of the bowls Went back to ask for a refund, but since it was an “online order” i had to call corporate, after getting passed on to off shore customer service they only wanted to give me “2 free entrées”. I just need a refund as im probably never having chipotle again"
