"I love Mariano’s… usually! But this store leaves much to be desired especially the employees. Last night, the Friday before Christmas, they had one lane open with the slowest team of cashier and bagger ever, I mean I get it, they were both new, but come on!! there were 2 people in front of me and I was in line for 20 min. There were multiple other employees standing around talking and rolling their eyes and saying saying how glad they were that the store was closing in an hour. The stores in the SW suburbs are so much better at least they have really nice, friendly helpful staff. I won’t be coming back here again, but the Mac and cheese in the premade meals section is the best!!!!!"

"Great selection and great prices! I was a little upset that the sweet shoppe was closed although the hours posted were 8am-8pm. Also, yhey did not have any fresh cut potato chips or tortilla chips. Luckily, the nice guy in that department was able to make some. It took about 20 minutes because he had to change the grease out. Thanks for the delicious pizza samples and for going the extra mile!"

"11/25/2021 So right off this store reminded me of our Kroger back in Ohio...I was told that Kroger bought out that store. They have a large selection of alcohol, cheese, deserts/breads. Even today (Thanksgiving) they had turkeys & hams for sale. Of course Starbucks was open. They also have a small bar...but it was closed today. The majority of the store has a nice open layout. BUT whomever designed the floral department layout should get a 'F'. There is no space for more than 1 person to get through with or without a cart. The candy aisle is behind that dept. so they can do better with that. Other than that my shopping experience was enjoyable."

"I came by to get supplies for a family picnic tomorrow, perfect one stop shopping! Their produce section is very nice, albeit kind of expensive. They have a great selection of sides (like potato salad, coleslaw, etc) and the guy behind the counter was helpful in figuring out what was in each variety. They have a back to school sale going on, so I took advantage of the potato chip deal. The cashier was really friendly, it seemed like it was above and beyond how interactions with cashiers usually go. All in all, very happy with this store. I expect I'll be back to get their tiny cacti in the outside display!"
