"My name is Debra Schrock. I was very fortunate to have found Dr Kotta! He is a wonderful physician and a great person! I left the Valley almost 5yrs ago. He was my Dr when I lived there. I am returning to the Valley around April 1st and hope he will take me back. Yes the staff is busy that's because he is a fantastic Dr. I don't care how screwed up the office staff may be if indeed they are. I never experienced any problems with Dr Kotta or his staff. "Office staff doesn't call or leave messages at least for follow ups. Seems like they are too busy. Had lab work done and also a sleep test. Months have gone by. They are too busy to answer the phone... Will look for another doctor. Got charged for a no show on my sleep study."

"Worst experience ever! I called like 10 times yesterday from 2-5pm to get my lab results emailed to me and no one answered my calls. I finally got a hold of the girl on the front and she refused to give me my lab results via email.i asked her what if I go to another dr instead ? She told me she would send them there but not cannot send my medical records to me ? What I am understanding is that they want to charge me for my visit instead of treating me with respect. I looked up my rights and have the right to obtain my medical records according to Hippa. I will not be coming back because of the receptionist at the Brownsville office that I spoke with this morning. I won’t be giving these people my business anymore. I just wanted to know my results so I can know what questions to ask dr kotta. I will be working with lab corp to get my information since it’s too hard for this office to send a simple email."

"Dr Kotta & Dr. Vega are both very efficient and knowledgeable physicians. I highly recommend them both to any person.I like the fact that the waiting is very quick and they see you & treat you & understand you take the time to hear what it is your being seen for, to get better.The lab office is so close this works out so well with my schedule and not having to go somewhere else to get lab work done when everything is so close by to there office! All the staff are so efficient and caring, too. Whether it’s by appointments or walk ins they let you know right away and get you in as quickly as possible.I’ve been seeing the Doctors here for a year and I highly recommend there awesome!"
