"THIS IS A FOLLOW UP TO MY PRIOR REVIEW. NURSE ROSA HAS YET TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL ABOUT THEIR PATIENT! I’VE BEEN LEAVING MESSAGES FOR HER SINCE OCT 18, 2023. THE DAY AFTER MY FIRSTE REVIEW THE “ OFFICE MANAGER CALLED ME, BUT I WAS AT WORK ANE COULDN’T TALK. I CALLED HIM THE DAY AFTER. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND HE TO HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK. SO SAD, HOW THEY TREAT THEIR PATIENT”s CONCERNS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. DR IS ALWAYS IN A HURRY TO LEAVE THE ROOM. I DROPPED OFF RX OCTOBER 9 AND IT STILL CAN’T BE SIGNED. Been CALLING HIS NURSE “ ROSA” FOR STATUS SINCE THEN. EVERY WEEK THEY TELL ME SHE WILL CALL ME. AND AS OF TODAY I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HER!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. SADLY THEY DON’T CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS! IF I HAD TO RATE THEM WITH NUMBERS- I WOULD GIVE THEM A BIG FAT 0!!"

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. MY LAST VISIT THE DOCTOR WAS IN SUCH A HURRY TO LEAVE HE LITERALLY HAD HIS HAND ON DOORKNOB AND I STILL HAD QUESTIONS. AS FOR HIS NURSE “ ROSA”. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FOR THREE WEEKS NOW. I KEEP CALLING TO SPEAK WTH HER. AND FRONT DESK KEEPS SAYING THEY WILL RELAY MESSAGE. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!"

"Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my first visit as a new patient. Dr Reyes did not introduce himself nor did he say hello, he simply asked“ how can I help you as he walked in to room. He didn’t listened to my heart or lungs as normally done at any Dr visit, nor did he care to discuss my health concerns for my visit. It felt as if he was either in a real hurry or just non caring Dr, however, front desk personnel and nurse were very professional and friendly… unfortunately I will be looking for a different Dr."

"Great visit. Dr. Reyes spent a lot of time explaining my lab results. We talked at length about several other issues and he recommended some further testing with follow-up that I completely agreed with. He also went over some complications of hormone replacement therapy and recommended I get complete buy in from the gynecologist before he would prescribe any as the cancer risks are very real. I appreciated his candor and his concern over my remaining healthy."

"My experience with Dr Reyes is always positive. I've been seeing him for over a year now and always have good results with him. I go in and get checked out. As soon as I get called in, his nurses get to work on me right away. He comes in and follows up on what I have told them. He then follows up with any questions that I might have and then sends me on my way. Overall my experience has been good."
