"Peaceful park with lots of trees and shade. The splash pad is great in hot weather due to shade. Baby and kids swing, slides, climbing area and splash pad. Overall a cute little area for kids to play. Plenty of parking space with shelters nearby for hosting big families."

"This is a great place to come with your kids or grandkids. It has two really nice play structures. One for toddlers and one for older children. Several swings. And the splash park part is really nice. The playground area was redone this past year so some of the older pictures on the page are outdated It was nice before and it’s very nice now. It’s very shaded and has lots of benches for parents and grandparents to sit."

"A great place to spend the day outdoors. Plenty of activities and picnic sites. I come here because my kids like hiking and exploring. I wish more of the roads and paths through the park had smooth pavement making the entire area better suited to longboard and skates but there are plenty of trails for bike riders. Of of the state parks and recreation areas in missouri are great."
