"Reserved and rented a tiller to make a new garden plot. We always rent from here and haven't run into any issues. Employees are super friendly and helpful! I was talking with one guy about making a new garden bed and he suggested I use mushroom compost. We did and had a great harvest! Only suggestion is that the website tells customers when equipment reservations begin during peak seasons and when walk in rental end so that people can plan ahead."

"Have had good experiences renting gas powered equipment. Equipment has worked as advertised. Docked them 1 star because my local store doesn't rent anything with a gas engine and it takes considerable more time to visit this store. My menards also only rents things without gas engines. On my last rental Home Depot started the clock when they started the paperwork yet by the time I got instructions and loaded 25 minutes had already expired. Add to that 30 minutes of travel through stop lights and almost 1 1/2 hours are wasted."

"Horrible service in tool rental department. Ron is decent, but somewhat unhelpful. Some kid named Vitali had an attitude with me when there was a tiny amount of dog hair left on the bottom of the rug shampooer I rented. Told me it'd be $25 for them to clean it... Offered for me to go all the way home and clean it. Had a busy day lined up so I didn't have time. He didn't seem to care whatsoever. I find that a little ridiculous. The cleaning fee costs more than the tool rental itself... Would definitely go elsewhere next time."
