"Tall blonde punk teenager walked through store texting while walking stopped mid aisle as I’m trying to go through it blocked it to finish whatever he was doing on his phone and had the audacity to stop texting and look up at my like I had to say excuse me to him lol I didn’t even have the energy to say anything after working a long shift as a nurse. Pathetic entitled kid. Aldi do better at staffing this location. Give a single mother or older adult these positions please. This kid was an absolute joke."
"Went today and the cashier was ignorant throwing her hands up and short. She was blond, late 40’s and ugly attitude for no reason. I almost filmed her behavior but it’s the holiday season and my father is a patient man and I wasn’t in the mood to expose her. The manager is Laurie or Lori needs to check in on her team, everyone else in the store we encountered was friendly and helpful. If it was any other day, and my father wasn’t with me, your store would’ve went viral for an ignorant employee that needs to go home for the day."
"Third time on a row they didn't give me a receipt. Wth. No customer service number. Only 1 register. Bad enough you have to bring or buy bags and pack yourself. They want us to scan everything as well or wait for a long time for 1 cashier watching everything. Ownership is getting terrible just like Walmart."
