"From the pandemic, the reception staff increasingly do a worse job of customer service, always bad, without interest, canceling appointments, non-existent direct treatment, they no longer even want to call to confirm appointments, IF YOU HAVE A CARD WITH YOUR APPOINMENT why they need a text confirmation? Do they think that every one has their cell phone 24/7 checking text? any pretext to cancel appointments , Dr. . is never present and never answer to a complain"

"Dr Maldonado has been my primary care physician, for several.years now, and my experience is that he is an excellent doctor! He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient, possessing outstanding professional, and human quality, characteristics and qualities! He is one of the best physicians that I have known..I feel fortunate to be under his care! His staff does require some improvement in kindness, efficiency, and overall, customer care, skills. With exception of Veronica, one of his nurse practitioners, as she is also very outstanding in her work, and kind manner in treating patients. She too merits a five star rating! Diana Cortez Garza"

"Dr. Maldonado is a pretty good Dr. The problem is his staff. I was 18 minutes late for the appointment and they wouldn't allow me to see him. Keep in mind that the times I have been there I have had to wait for over an hour, or more. Furthermore, when I showed up there were at least 3 patients waiting so is not like I was going to be seen right away. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
