"Office personnel is unprofessional, rude and do not return phone calls. If you have billing questions you won’t reach anyone on the phone so you need to make trips to the office. Never again will I visit this office. Office lacks mannerism, and no concern for the patients."

"Dr. Liz Millan is a great doctor who is kind and knowledgeable. However, it’s one office employee that brings down this business. Her name is Kristina and she has the worst attitude, either it be over the phone or in person. While dealing with her, she repeatedly rolled her eyes at me and made unprofessional comments. This employee lacks people-skills."

"I waited more than 3 hours in the waiting area in my first visit. They took 1 hour in order for them to get me in to do a blood test. They scheduled me for a 3 week follow up for a sonogram to be done, the receptionists had told me to go with a full bladder, when I got there the sonogram lady told me to just pull my pants half way and that I didn't had to have a full bladder. The nurses didn't even asked me when was my last papsmear, Dr Millan just wants to give you pills without knowing the reason for your pain."

"Two years ago, my daughter was pregnant for the second time after having one previous miscarriage. She was 22 weeks long and began feeling cramping. She felt concern so called Dr. Millan, as any new mom to be would normally do. Dr. Millan told her that it was normal and to take 2 Tylenol tablets. Knowing her previous history of a miscarriage, the doctor did not advice her to go to the ER to check it out, just to be safe. Long story short, she & my son-in-law went to the ER on my advice, was flown to San Antonio and gave birth to a still born baby the next day. Really? Take some Tylenol?!! Not once did this doctor call to check on my daughter, not one measly phone call or text. Her office staff is also very unprofessional and lack compassion and concern. Needless to say she switched doctors and is a mom to a healthy baby, thanks to her New Ob-Gyn that cared for her during her 9 months."
