"This place laughed at me for wanting to be seen sooner because I waited weeks to be seen by the doctor after having a miscarriage and multiple medical emergencies due to the miscarriage. I called to try and the women on the phone laughed at my traumatic experience. I just wanted to be seen sooner and make sure that I was medically okay and I was laughed at. I’m appalled by the unprofessionalism and extremely sad that I would even been smiled at after the pain and suffering I went through only To be told I can’t be seen until January. How sad, I highly recommend going to somewhere with staff who have empathy because they do not care about the patients."

"FRONT OFFICE STAFF unprofessional, bad work ethics, these people are the face of this clinic and have very poor manners! Pointless to even hire receptionists if they can’t even answer the phone, constantly put patients on hold and then after 10-15mins hang up !"
"I had an appointment at 1000 this morning however I was unable to be seen. I’m on night shift I haven’t slept and before coming here I dropped off my car to get serviced and took a shuttle here. As I was trying to pay Alex advised me that he couldn’t take my form of payment which was carecredit without a debit card on file.I then explained to him my situation and the pain that I am in and he stated he couldn’t. I then asked for the office manager and he came back saying “she was tied up and couldn’t come” I said I can wait for her and then Nidia came to the window. I then again explained to her my situation and how embarrassing this was since two of my friends were also in the waiting room. I told her I didn’t grab my debit card since I had left it in my car. I’ve used care credit numerous times at different establishments and never have they required a debit card to be on file before taking the payment. I told her I was never advised over the phone nor do they have it posted anywhere in the lobby. I asked to see policy and they were unable to show me. This is the last time I will frequent this establishment. Prior to this I had been here 1 other time and I struggled getting through to them over the phone. I had to come in person to speak directly to them. Horrible customer service and lack of communication."
