"I am so sorry that you feel like train up let your child down when it comes to his speech delay. I will say that my son who has a severe speech delay (almost non verbal) not only attended train up (his first time out of my care) for three years, thrived but fell in love with each and every teacher at the school. It's unfortunate that you discount the professionalism and love that the staff at train up provides to each and every child. As a parent (and an adult) I would hope you would understand that blasting other children in your review is inappropriate."
