"First time being here and it was a horrible experience! We walk in and one lady signs me in to get my son’s hair cut, said it was going to be a 20 minute wait. After a little over 20 minutes we ask how much longer to find out we were never checked in and was told we have to wait another 20 minutes. And the lady kept saying “it’s not my fault” “I wasn’t in here” and was rude and sassy when speaking."

"Man the manager did awesome first time i ever came here. But came today for a cut and I regret it. this other lady cut my hair and it ain’t good at all. she couldn’t even do a simple fade.she did everything a zero. then I get home and see the back she didn’t even trim it straight. "Come here if you want your hair done a completely different way than what you wanted. I showed her a picture and she just practically did her own thing. I even told her to make it a little longer than the picture showed and she made my hair SO short. I worked hard to get it to the length it was, and all I wanted was a bit of a different style. I didn’t want my hair this short. I’m actually so upset and I don’t even want to go in public with my hair like this. I tried switching up salons because I’ve had people recommend this one to me and I wish I could go back in time and go somewhere where they actually cut it the way you ask them to. Jennifer is who cut my hair."
