Dazzle nails

"I have been going to dazzle nails for 1 year now, and have always had great results, my nails have grown to be so healthy. For my job (nurse) I need my nails to be strong and last a few weeks. I have never had a nail break and my nails rarely lift after 3 weeks. Everyone at the salon is friendly and good at their job."

"This place is so hit or miss. I've had good experiences with Yuna, but not Alice. If I go back here, I will make sure to never again have Alice as my nail tech. Alice is friendly, but she does not seem to be a good nail tech. I've had two bad experiences with her. The first time I went in for a mani pedi. She finished my pedi and left me sitting there waiting while she started another person's pedi. When I reminded her I was also there to get a mani, she told me she'd be with me after she finished the other lady's pedi. I ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes and in the end, a different lady had to do my mani. The second time she did an entirely terrible job on my pedi & dip mani. For my pedi, she cut my nails at sharp angles and never filed them. I let that go because I didn't want to be difficult. However, my mani ended up being poorly done, too. I asked for a soft square and got a weird shape between soft square and round. The edges were uneven and not smoothed out. The length was also different. I asked her to fix it, but she did not. She glued the extension to my skin, which I told her was the case, but she proceeded to file my skin instead of my nail and inevitably caused a cut. Then, she was running late, so she had me stand while she filed my nails in a hurry. I told her my cuticles looked so messy, so she applied cuticle oil. The polish on my pinky got smeared and when I told her she applied a clear dip polish while standing, and did not let me sit to dry it because she needed to leave. It smeared, again. I then asked her to please let someone else finish the job since she clearly needed to leave. She asked me to pay. When I did not tip her (because why would I after such bad service?! ), she was clearly very pissed and stormed out. The gentleman who was working there ended up fixing my smeared pinky nail with gel. The skin on my fingers was white and dried out from the acetone and she never applied any lotion to my hands. I ended up doing that on my own. Not only did I receive bad service, this whole debacle took nearly 3 hours."
