"I've been a customer of Joe's Market Basket at the Edwardsville location for many years. In fact, I'm within walking distance so I frequent this establishment a lot. Anything that has to do with landscaping is grade A. The staff for the most part are friendly. I'm guessing that it's a family-owned business because I never see any diversity. My biggest gripe about Market Basket is that you have to watch the freshness dates on their food, especially baked goods. As I'm typing this, I'm eating a stale Hostess Apple Pie with the freshness date wiped away. If you take a look at their own brand or any major brand of goods they sell, you will see that the freshness dates have been erased. I've checked periodically thinking it was a one-time thing...Not! Buyer beware!"

"Very nice place to get plants and landscaping related items. Some items are priced a little high, but the quality of the plants are amazing. It has a great selection of plants and trees. Its definitely a great place to go if you are working on your yard."
"They honored my dead plants. I bought 3box woods in March and the last died about a week ago. We had to bring the plant back and the original receipt and we were credited the amount towards our next purchase. I will say the plants dying was probably our fault, poor soil and over water... The other plants purchased that day are thriving in different areas around our yard!"
"I remembered buying many items over the years when we lived in Troy... Always a pleasant experience. Recently the need came up for some topsoil to be delivered to a rental property we have in Troy and I rembered Fetter's Landscaping and Garden... I didn't know te name had changed to Market Basket, but since we now live 500 miles away in Michigan I thought I would give them a call. Very friendly on the phone, took my order and they are making arrangements for delivery with my tenant. Once again a very good experience."
