"I have a hard time believing that the young woman who did my pedi was actually licensed. I should have left after she hurt a couple of my toes (still pink and painful the next morning), but I was trying to be kind and not embarrass her. My last pedi was done elsewhere a couple of weeks ago, but she was aggressive with cleaning up the cuticles and filing the nails, and she caused a tiny bit of bleeding. If it were one slip up, that would be different, but she was clearly unskilled. After countless pedicures, this is the first time I've ever asked for a refund. Warning - nail and/or foot injuries can be dangerous to the health of people with diabetes or circulation problems, so I recommend avoiding Zen Nails."
