"I used to love this place, but it has gone down hill. I will not go back. The woman who did my dip manicure rushed through the appointment and was very rough. It was not enjoyable or relaxing in the least bit! Everything is filthy too- it didn’t used to be like that."

"HORRIBLE is an understatement. Went here on the recommendation of friends and WORST decision ever. The shoe of the dude doing my manicure kept touching my fresh manicure so I swiveled my feet sideways. He FLUNG the dip powder in my face and walked away because apparently that frustrated him. I’ll be filing a complaint and also do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience of my life. I was supposed to relax during getting my nails done, the EXACT opposite. The owner should take their pathetic staff to take and fire such horrible Workers."
"I’ve been going here for years, but the techs have changed and service has gone down. I just got a pedi and no-chip and my nails look terrible. The tech never even used nail polish remover to remove my previous color. Just a drill and the neon yellow is still peeking though on the edges of my new polished nails. Also the tech painted on my skin, cuticles and this is going to peel in days. Lumpy, just awful."
"The most amazing nail spot, I literally make the hike up from the city just to get my powder dip mani done with Tracy. Many very talented ladies also for gel looks and cute designs. I highly recommend. Its always busy sooo 100% definitely call ahead. There are also soooo many color and ombre options its also hard to choose every single time. Tracy, Toni and other do a phenomenal job shaping and adding detail. Amazing nail salon, one of the best north of the city."
