"Kim has been my mom’s hair stylist for decades, and was mine as well for a number of years until I moved out of state. Long story short, I had no choice but to go to a new hairstylist where I live to touch up my highlights the day before I was heading back to Chicago for my wedding. Due to a few different factors, the color got totally messed up. I didn’t feel like myself which is the worst thing to feel 4 days before your wedding! I was out of time to go back to that salon to get it fixed, so that same evening I texted Kim to explain my situation hoping that she had an opening to help.
