"I've been going here for a while, and the owner Lucy can never keep anyone to work in the nail shop. The up keep is very poor, and the service is horrible. I made a appointment on yesterday for 1pm, when I get there she was on the phone concerning her personal business. I told Lucy that I have to be at work 3pm. She continues to talk on the phone, then asked me to help out withbtgr phone call.so it's now 2:15 and I never got serviced. She told me to come back, so I called this morning to come back at 1pm again, and the same thing happens. I will never go back again. Very poor service and nasty attitude."

"I have typically visited this Nail Shop and I have trusted them in the past. Recently, I went to get my nails done, and they recommended the dipped. I tried it before my vacation because they said it would be stronger. It was the complete opposite, my nails broke they looked horrible. Unfortunately, I was out of town, Wednesday through Sunday. When I returned, I went to the shop to have my nails fixed. It was so disappointing, there was no concern from the technicians. I was told that it had been too long, and I would have to pay another 40 dollars and get an even stronger color. I just left, I don't know if I will ever go back again. They are good at everything else, do not go to this nail shop to get the dip, they do not know what they are doing."

"Clean place, decent job but the wait times are horrible. I called to get am estimate and was told 30 minutes for a pedicure. I get there 10 minutes later and 3 clients are being worked on and 1 other client is waiting. An hour and 20 minutes later and I'm just getting started. Be honest about your availability and give customers the option of spending their time elsewhere. I understand your workers have stop break and eat but I could have eaten too instead of rushing there just to wait. They need more than 2 techs especially on the weekend. They do a good job but the wait times are awful."
