"Double Star Farms aka Farmstead Foods company is poorly run with NO customer service and with personal that is extremely unprofessional and rude. Orders are shipped late and incomplete and its company doesn't even try to make up for it. Management is unwilling to get involve. Their part time office admin Rachel Odle acts as their CEO with no business or customer service skills but making up for it in her rudeness."
