Any anxiety I had about getting a haircut went away. Alex really took the time to listen to what I wanted; long layers and face framing pieces. Alex was confident and it was evident that she has a passion for her craft. She loves what she does and she's so good at it! Her dedication to customer service was exceptional and it really made the entire experience (it was my first time visiting a hair salon in over 7 years!) truly enjoyable. "I was trying to find a place for my teen son to get the popular shaggy cut. First, when I showed up they told me I was 15 minutes late. I was scheduled for 4:00 and showed up at 4:00. I would not have scheduled for 3:45 because he would never get home from school in time. Then, even though I was assured by the person scheduling that they could do that cut, my son came back with a little kid hair cut. He’s embarrassed and there’s nothing we can do until it grows out and try another place."

"Good experience overall, I don’t believe my hairstylist used heat protectant when styling my hair. I think she may have accidentally forgot, but would recommend to use heat protectant or blow dry oil/styling serum to add hydration to the hair after. My hair looks and feels a little dry after my appointment, but overall good with getting the cut I wanted."
