"I brought my daughter here recently to get her hair shortened. She has long straight hair and just wanted to take it up a few inches. No complicated styling. She wanted it so it would lay straight in the back. When we got home we discovered that it was cut very uneven. My wife had to recut it to make it straight. On top of that, the woman did not honor the price per the price list that is shown on their website. She just said it is outdated and that I should not expect it to be correct. No prices listed in the shop either. Just what she tells you at check out. It's cheaper than most decent places and so that is what gets it one star."

"I won't give star if i just have a choice. I went to this place for a haircut. I showed the lady a picture of a haircut i wanted and even asked her if she can do it. She said yes with confidence. I had a long hair and wanted it short and with bangs. So she cut my bangs like halfway my forehead. I was so shocked. She tried to use hair iron to fix it since they are not in proper way but it just made it worse. It seems she doesn't know what she was doing. And guess what she even told me that i should be the one to fix and style it when i get home.I almost cry but the damage has been done so i can't do anything about it even if i cry like a baby. So i left the place and even gave her tip. When i got home found out my hair at the back was so freaking uneven. So she made me look like a clown. Had to go somewhere else and pay more to fix my hair. It was a horrible experience."

"From the beginning, I got a weird vibe in this place... Upon arriving, I did not feel welcomed. The interior felt gloomy and dimly lit. When greeted, I received no smiles or friendly banter, but I thought, "Alright, not everyone is sociable, so I should give them a chance." I came here because I purchased a Groupon for three eyebrow threadings. The threading itself was... okay. The brow shape was done well, but she did not cleanse my brow area before threading nor apply any soothing gel afterwards or even offer me a tissue (I grabbed one myself). When I presented the Groupon, she seemed annoyed and asked me if I work nearby. I replied "yes," upon which she told me not to tell any of my co-workers or friends that I bought a Groupon for my visit. (Sorry, but if you don't like Groupon so much then why don't you remove the listing off their site?) Needless to say, I did not return for my remaining two threadings. I was really hoping I would like this place, since it's only a minute away from my work. However, I'd rather keep driving a few blocks further to the salon where I know I will always be greeted warmly and treated professionally."

"Awful experience. She charged me $10 for an eyebrow wax and barely took off any hair. My eyebrows looked the same as when I walked in. I have had my eyebrows professionally done for the past 15 years and have always been pleased with the results, until today.! I will never step foot in that salon again. -Beware, their prices are cheap for a reason."
