"Nails came out terrible. The no chip nail polish started cracking underneath the surface within a few hours of getting them done. They said that I could not get a refund after spending $400 for my bridal party to get their nails done. Customer service was terrible. Nails were terrible. Only solution was to have them redo my nails and I did not want them touching them again. Do not let any of these people touch your nails especially the day before any big event. Absolutely terrible service and workers."

"First time here & I will definitely be back! I had a pedicure & no chip manicure & my nail techs were excellent, couldn't be happier with the results, especially with my feet which were extremely neglected - I am amazed at how good my feet look & feel. Also when I asked to switch from a regular manicure to no chip, they were very accommodating in switching me to another tech without issue. Everyone I interacted with there was very friendly & professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, salon is very clean and pricing is very reasonable as well. Overall an excellent experience!!"

"I absolutely recommend this place every chance I can and I recommend Johnny! My first experience with him, I was his last client for the day and he did amazing! He said he is not big on designs but he tried his absolute best when I showed him the picture of how I wanted my nails done and needless to say he did absolutely amazing and he took his time to make it all look so perfect. "As pointed in other review the price for something simple like a French done on existing acrylic should be $45 including tip. The ambient is pleasant and service was max 20 minutes long. There should be a separation between mani and pedi areas ..The arm rests were appreciated!What are the wine bottles on the walls for!?"

"I have been going to Nail Fairy for about 4 years now, the pricing has gone up due to certain products, I have understood that. Today on 12/29/23, I went to get my regular full set acrylic nails. I ended up paying $75 for nails that were not long, no design, and no special treatment. All I asked for was a tapered square nail, and I did not receive that what so ever. My nails are currently shaped square, so I am wondering why the nails (without tip) were $75. When I go back to college my nails are $65, including tip, for better nails that are done correctly and look better than what I have right now. I have had loyalty for this nail place for years… I have never paid for nails at this price before ever. I would recommend going to a different nail place around this area because what you receive for the price you need to pay is not worth it. Don’t waste your time, or your money on a place that overcharges and doesn’t do nails well. After 4 years of loyalty to Nail Fairy, I am sad to say I will never be returning after this experience, rightfully so."
