"Anna has such a bad mouth. Somehow she didn’t think that I can’t speak Korean. she said “I don’t want to talk to this one Yuri (staff) take this“ And “ this long hair makes me a real work!!” In Korean. though I still gave them $5 tip. plus I got the most ugliest haircut… The reason why I got the haircut here because it got such good reviews. Do not believe the reviews"
"I have always had my hair cut by Yuri, and this time, of course, I made a reservation with her. However, for reasons I don't understand, Anna said she would cut my hair, and despite giving her sufficient explanation, she ended up ruining my hair completely. By destroying the hair that I had been growing for over six months, Anna has forced me to spend the same amount of time once again to regain the style I wanted. What infuriates me the most is that she has no idea what she did wrong. I wanted a layered haircut, but she cut my hair straight and messed up the hidden layers, so now I'm in a situation where I have to go for a short cut to fix it all. Never entrust your style to someone who lacks expertise in haircuts."

"Walked in for a haircut and was taken care of by Anna. I don't speak any Korean or Japanese but I showed her a picture and she made it exactly as I wanted! You should know if you come here it is CASH ONLY. Very impressed!"
"The ladies were so kind and great at styling. I have very curly hair, and they got me in and out with perfectly straight, smooth hair in 30 minutes to meet my 'must leave time.' Open late on a Saturday night and welcome walk-ins. Will absolutely be returning... and bringing friends!"
