"This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting a hair cut. Lala is not only incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, but she is also so kind. She sends you a questionnaire the day before your appointment to get a feel for what you would like out of the appointment. The questionnaire is extremely thorough but also makes you feel special and seen as it asks questions like what kind of atmosphere you would like during the appointment (talking vs. quiet, what music you want to listen to, etc.) you even get to pick a complimentary beverage and snack. These positive feelings only continued to grow in the appointment as Lala really makes you feel like you are having a true day of self care and beginning fresh with a new look and warm outlook. We did an affirmation card reading before the appointment that really helped me to set positive intentions for the day. I also love that she uses products that are great for the environment AND her clients. I have received so many compliments on my hair already and have even been told this is the best my hair has ever looked. I cannot recommend her more highly and am so happy to be a customer of hers."

Lala listened to my hair concerns and collaborated with me on a plan to achieve my goal. They cut my hair with intention and took their time with my cut and style. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process from the thoughtful questions asked pre-appointment to the lovely, calm atmosphere of the space.
