"DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE FIVE STARS ; I WOULD. I made the mistake of coming here to get my nails done for my birthday Saturday 1/6 @ 445-6. After spending $110 dollars (no chip manicure no chip pedicure) Thumb nail chipped like polish didn’t cure and all the polish came off my big toe. Called Monday Spoke to Hoa; returned later Monday 1/8 for them to be redone…. It’s Wednesday 1/10 and AGAIN my NO CHIP nail polish is already off… must not be good quality nail polish. Too much money spent for this to happen not once, but twice. 1/10 I walked into the salon and showed them again my no chip nails all screwed up (the third time I’m in the salon about the original service given 1/6) “We don’t do refunds” HOA THE OWNER HIMSELF SAID THIS. WELL, you guys don’t do nails either! No chip can’t last more than 24 hrs… Save yourself, don’t come here."

"Went for a no chip nail appointment. And the gentlemen Philip thinned them all out instead of letting them soak. Which led them to break 5 days later and nails had bubbles and felt lumpy?. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to leave. My nails were healthy and strong before hand. Very disappointed I had to cut down my nails and file them myself because they were breaking."

I am always tempted to try other nail salons, but always come back to Top Nails! Find a place that you’ll keep coming back to! When you find the right tech, stick to them."
