"I’m really so sad about this experience. I hadn’t spent money on my hair in ages was so excited to get a new cut and color. I had a balayage and hair cut. I wanted a fall caramel color. My hair is very over processed and broken. I also got a bad cut. She said she is skilled in curly hair this is not the case. I have choppy layers that are not blending with my hair. They cut through my curl pattern which you’re supposed to cut with each individual curl for a curly cut which is what I requested. I didn’t really get to see what it would look like prior to leaving she didn’t finish diffusing my hair. When I got into my car I realized I had bleach on my face and ears which was not wiped off. Upon showering I noticed my tee shirt was completely bleached. I’ve never had a salon bleach my clothes ever. Update. Yes my service was refunded. No one reached out to me about my damaged shirt. They did offer to try to fix it but at this time I prefer to go with someone I’ve seen who I know specializes in a curly cut."
