"The people were very nice but, unfortunately, that does not make up for the keritan treatment fail. Followed all care instructions and after first wash hair is back to normal. Big disappointment and waste of money."

"I just got my hair done with Chloe and it was amazing! She did a full Balayage and keratin treatment. I love the keratin but can't review it until it's been a couple months... as far as the Balayage goes it's the best I've ever had! She's extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very informed of the entire process and how to upkeep my mane at home as well! She's a must see!"

"I've been there the receiving was very nice when i entered. But the results of my keratin treatment too bad which i spent almost 120 to 140 bugs just after a week i had head bath, my hair was as usual ...it doesn't even look like that i had hair treatment too bad .......... ......"

"It was my first time at this salon. What I came in for was to get my balayage touch up to only the front parts of my hair. My stylist was Maddie Sweeney. First of all, My appt was at 1:15 but she took me back at 1:30. She didn't greet me or ask me how was day is going. No communication at all. I told her I just want the front of my hair touched not the back. She had to ask Erik constantly for help, which made me question if she even knew how to do it. Erik was the one who actually asked me how my day was going.Throughout my entire sit she didn't once talk to me. She was very rude to me for no reason. Since it was my first time I thought they would put me with someone who actually knew what they were doing instead of someone right out of school. I wanted to give her a chance but her actions made me not trust her with my hair. She didn't walk me through what she was doing with my hair. I really didn't even know why she was doing my whole head when all I asked for was the front. Once she washed me out, I honestly could barely tell she even did my hair. This is when the manager came over and told her to just do the front part with the foil. During this second part, she still didn't talk to me. She rolled her eyes at me, had attitude and just walked away and when she would check on my hair she didn't tell me how much longer it would be or anything. I even overheard her talking to me to other clients and other coworkers. When it was time to pay they originally told me it would be $65 on the phone when I called. But then it changed to $90. I did not agree to that at all because of such an unprofessional person she was. They had to bring two managers. And during this time Maddie, was rolling her eyes at me and saying I didn't stop her and ask her what she was doing to my hair. Totally rude and unprofessional. The manager said just to charge me $65 and that's what I paid. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I will not be back. If you do go to this salon, I would definitely recommend Erik. Do not go to Maddie. She has horrible service."
