"We have been coming to The Cut since it first opened and have spent thousands of dollars as a platinum club member and to be told by Ali several times and with an attitude that we could not eat my sons 16th bday cupcakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes was a big disappointment. We have celebrated several birthdays here bringing in outside pastries and have befriended so many employees but Alis attitude is making us second guess from having any special celebrations at Cinemark."

"Although yes this place abides by their 17+ rated r policy....... in part (after they take your money without refund)..........it would be nice if they would check id's before taking parent's money and accepting money for snack purchases, and then decide to enforce a rule. Convenient and advantageous on the company's part imo."

"I had a bit of trouble initially placing my food order, but the staff were helpful and accommodating. This made the experience better. Food was good and the movie was awesome. Great experience overall. Would definitely go back."
