"I used to go here all the time and was fairly satisfied with their work, but I do not appreciate calling and trying to schedule an appointment and being to just show up as a walk-in and see if they can "fit me in". I am more than willing to overpay for a hair cut and decent service, but I am baffled that they would rather sit around and wait to see if walk-ins arrive instead of scheduling an actual client who is asking and willing to pay to for services. So that's perfectly fine, I can take my business elsewhere. I prefer to do business with establishments who's main priority is good customer service and are not lazy to do the work that needs to get done."
